I got my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo and my Master’s in Sport Psychology at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hills, Ca. I am originally from Southern California, but have been living in Fairbanks, Ak working with Soldiers as a Performance Expert since March 2020. I wrestled all through High School and was able to coach wrestling for 5 years. Coaching is where I learned about Sport Psychology and how it can help athletes. When I was coaching, I would see a different in how athletes will preform in a competition and in the practice room, was wondering if it the brain was preventing them from performing at their best, when I looked it up, I found the field of sport psychology and knew that is what I wanted to do. I want to help athletes grow as a competitor. Teach athletes on how they can have their brain work for them, rather against them.
