Yes, I do offer virtual sessions. This would be done over Google Meet and if any worksheets will be used, they will be emailed to you ahead of time.

The first session focuses on understanding your goals, identifying current strengths and challenges, and creating a personalized mental performance plan tailored to your performance environment. I try to leave all my athletes with a skill or a concept they can utilize until the next session.

No. Mental performance coaching is designed to enhance performance by developing mental skills such as confidence, focus, and motivation. My goal is to allow your physical skills to perform rather than your brain preventing your best. Mental performance coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment or therapy.
